Distillation In this process, water is turned into a vapor. Since minerals are too heavy to vaporize, they are left behind,
and the vapors are condensed into water again.
Reverse Osmosis Water is forced through membranes to remove minerals in the water, also reducing TDS levels.
Absolute Filtration An absolute-rated filter removes 100 percent of all particles of a given size -- usually rated
in microns. Various sizes exist but common ones include (0.2, 1, and 5 microns). These filters are useful in removing
bacterial contaminants.
Ozonation Bottlers of all types of waters typically use ozone gas, an antimicrobial agent, to disinfect the water instead
of chlorine, since chlorine can leave residual taste and odor to the water.
Deionization – the removal of ions such as sodium, calcium, iron, copper and anions such as chloride and bromide by
passing water through an ion-exchange column (bed of resins) which reduces TDS levels.
Ultraviolet Light Treatment – This effective method of disinfection is used to disinfect drinking water from
pathogens, including bacteria and viruses. |

What & How: Purified Water
|
Our 7-step process produces the finest quality purified water you can buy.
Each step is closely monitored and calibrated to produce a consistant quality product. |
Unlike other bottlers who receive their water from multiple sources, we process our own water to insure that the case you buy today will have the same great taste as the case you buy next week or next year. |
|
1) Filter:
Our begining stage filter used to remove tiny particles from the water. |
|
2) Carbon Filter:
Any trace elements left over that can affect the taste of our water are removed with our high quality charcol filter. |
|
3) UV Light:
Intense UV light is passed through our water to impart engergy into it - this protects against naturally occuring substances in the water. |
|
4) Filter:
Our second micro filter removes even more tiny particles to produce crystal clear water. |
|
5) Softener:
Our smooth tasting water is created via a light polishing in our water descaling-softener. |
|
6) Reverse Osmosis:
Using pressure and a hyperfilter we remove over 98% of all Total Dissolved Solids to give you refreshing flavor. |
|
7) Ozonation:
In the final step, purified oxygen-rich air is passed through our water so all unwanted particles are swept away. This leaves the finest water for you or your customers to drink. |
